Job Description

Will work to implement features and functionalities required for a production Media Supply Chain. This includes workflow definition and implementation, interaction with a MAM, integration with additional external systems, and creation of APIs used to support the workflow and to present status and content information to a business user.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technical lead, product owner and client SMEs to understand and clarify feature requirements and specifications.
  • Indepently implement features and bug fixes efficiently and elegantly with readable, maintainable code using established patterns and best practices.
  • Proactively identify code and process improvements and collaborate with the team to improve end product quality.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and maintain existing software systems.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation describing software knowledge base.
  • Respond to code review feedback constructively and provide meaningful code review feedback to ensure quality.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in a typed language (e.g. Java, Typescript).
  • Comfortable working with git / JIRA / Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desired Skills

  • Experience and / or willingness to develop in Python.
  • Media Supply Chain workflow understanding.
  • AWS (Lambda / API Gateway / SNS / SQS) experience.
